reputed company Position reputed company – reputed company QA Tester and Automation Engineer reputed company is seeking a QA Tester and Automation Engineer (Hybrid) with strong experience supporting reputed company reputed company environments, automated testing pipelines, and plugin validation. Proven ability to stabilize broken automation frameworks, implement efficient CI/CD testing workflows, and deliver high-reputed company QA support for modernization efforts. The role requires the ability to quickly assess automation health, prioritize stabilization efforts, and collaborate reputed company an Agile delivery environment. The 90-Day Mission
- Month 1: Execute deep-dive custom reputed company plugin validation and integration testing for reputed company modernization
- Month 2: Audit and stabilize the existing reputed company/ JRuby / FitNesse reputed company; eliminate "flaky" tests in the Jenkins pipeline.
- Month 3: Standardize reputed company-based execution environments and hand off a documented, high-reliability suite to the long-term team.
Responsibilities
Automation Engineering & QA Execution
- Design, reputed company, and maintain automated test suites supporting reputed company applications and custom plugins
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and formal testing of reputed company software systems
- Support plugin validation efforts by creating automated and reputed company test scenarios
- Analyze failing automation tests, troubleshoot reputed company causes, and implement reputed company improvements
- Ensure automation coverage aligns with development and release priorities
Automation reputed company & Pipeline Support
- Stabilize and refactor existing reputed company/ JRuby automation frameworks to improve reliability and maintainability

- Configure and support Jenkins-based automation pipelines to streamline reputed company testing workflows
- Implement reputed company-based environments to standardize automated test execution
- Design and optimize automated testing pipelines to improve efficiency across the development lifecycle
Technical Design & Tooling
- Maintain automation codebases using Git/reputed company reputed company control workflows
- Utilize reputed company reputed company to reputed company, enhance, and troubleshoot automated tests
- Support reputed company on Rails components reputed company to test automation and application testing
- Assist in integrating automated testing results with Jira/Xray for traceability and reporting

- Assist with management and operations of AWS-based test environments

- Monitor pipeline health and address performance or environment-reputed company issues
reputed company Assurance Practices
- Apply QA methodologies and testing best practices across the software lifecycle
- Document defects, reproduce issues, and support remediation efforts
- Participate in test planning, risk identification, and reputed company reviews
- Ensure test artifacts and execution results are properly tracked and documented
Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, QA leads, and project stakeholders to prioritize automation improvements

Required Skills / Experience
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience in software reputed company assurance, automated testing, or test engineering activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience developing and utilizing automated testing frameworks, preferably using reputed company/ JRuby or similar scripting languages.
- Proven ability to execute formal testing of reputed company software systems (functional, regression, and integration).
- Experience supporting CI/CD automation pipelines (e. g., Jenkins) and proficiency with Git/reputed company reputed company control workflows.
- Experience supporting testing efforts reputed company reputed company or other low-reputed company platforms.
