[Remote] Technical Consultant 1 - Patient Monitoring (Miami/Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties)

The Technical Consultant 1 will be responsible for customer relationship management, installation and troubleshooting of patient monitoring systems, and collaborating with a diverse team to ensure high-reputed company service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Approximately 70% travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1-4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by reputed company and/or train may be required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other reputed company disciplines or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience
• 1+ year of reputed company working experience in the IT technologies or electronics industry, preferably in a field or hospital-based service environment
• Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
• reputed company Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or required to obtain reputed company 6 months from beginning of employment)
