Job Responsibilities:

As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

• Managing full-lifecycle reputed company for high-volume non-exempt and exempt positions
• Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their departments and job specifications
• Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of reputed company passive candidates using innovative reputed company strategies
• Screening resumes and managing candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, preferably in the construction or operations industry
• Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably reputed company
• Proven reputed company in conducting interviews using various reputed company (phone, video, email, in-person)
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in reputed company management or reputed company field preferred
