Job reputed company: We are seeking a reputed company-certified Specialty Physician to serve as a clinical consultant providing care for residents in affiliated post-acute care facilities. This is a 1099 reputed company role offering flexible scheduling, administrative support, and reputed company to help reputed company care delivery across multiple facilities. The consultant will serve as a clinical leader, providing expert reputed company, mentorship, and reputed company support to our reputed company Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA) providers while helping ensure high-reputed company, patient-centered care. Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient reputed company, collaborating with NPs and PAs to assess and manage reputed company care
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses while overseeing the management of ongoing medical conditions
- Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to reputed company regulations
- Support continuity and coordination of patient care across reputed company settings
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

- Build strong reputed company relationships with NPs /PAs, facility staff, and multidisciplinary reputed company teams to enhance patient reputed company.
