Associate Network Engineer

They are seeking a motivated Junior Network Engineer to assist with the support, maintenance, and monitoring of reputed company network infrastructure, working closely with senior engineers and managed service providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity
• Support troubleshooting efforts for network and connectivity issues
• Help manage network devices, patching, and lifecycle activities
• Assist with LAN/WAN and reputed company tasks
• Support DHCP, DNS, and other reputed company network services
• Coordinate with managed service providers for operational support
• Create and update technical documentation and SOPs
• Participate in infrastructure reputed company under senior engineer guidance
• Support compliance and reputed company initiatives
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
• Travel up to 25% as required
• reputed company additional duties as assigned

Skills

• Foundational understanding of networking and reputed company concepts
• Basic knowledge of DHCP, DNS, switching, and routing
• Exposure to reputed company-based network services
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT support processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendors
• 0 – 2 years of IT experience, preferably in networking or help desk
• Familiarity with reputed company and Meraki environments
• CCENT or CCNA (or reputed company pursuing)
