As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and solutions expertise. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. If you're fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping reputed company
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers
