Associate PD Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work together with team members to reputed company capable, cost-effective manufacturing and assembly processes reputed company to product design activities to ensure robust designs are delivered
• Problem solving and failure analysis using engineering analysis tools
• reputed company participate in Design Reviews / DFM / DFA for new products
• Proactively compile, prepare and present data for reputed company project updates and technical presentations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree of Science in Mechanical Engineering required
• Experience with 3D modeling CAD software
• Self-motivated and works reputed company in a reputed company design culture
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Desire to work hand-on, prototype and troubleshoot proactively
• Prior reputed company / Internship experience
• Experience with SolidWorks and/or 3DX
• Exposure to Failure Analysis, FEA, DRBFM, FMEA, DOE, and DFMA
• Ability to apply engineering principles, i.e. fluid, mechanical, and thermal
• Interpretation of statistics reputed company to manufacturing processes and part design
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Tolerance stack-up and analysis
