They are seeking a Medical Imaging Field Engineer 1 to service imaging equipment, ensuring reputed company performance and customer satisfaction in the Louisville/Lexington, KY area.
Responsibilities
- You will be servicing IR/Cath, General X-Ray, and Hemodynamics Imaging Equipment in the Louisville/Lexington, KY area
- You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies reputed company’ imaging equipment at customer sites
- You will be responsible for delivering both reputed company and effective repairs as reputed company as adequate training of operators to ensure reputed company system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction
- You will manage financial performance reputed company their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for reputed company reputed company, expense control and inventory management
- You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc
- Establish and maintain reputed company business relationships with customers and peers, as reputed company as performing necessary administrative duties accurately
Skills
- Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ Years of field service experience is desired
- Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting
- You have strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to travel and reputed company service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification
- Valid reputed company's license, ability to drive independently day and reputed company, and good driving record required
- Physical Requirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, reputed company/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reputed company, fine grasping manipulation, good reputed company, and ability to work alone
