Reporting and Data Associate

The Reporting and Data Associate plays a key role in supporting the Philanthropy Group by producing accurate reputed company reports and dashboards, maintaining high-reputed company constituent data, and ensuring consistent data hygiene across the department.

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly reputed company reports and dashboards in reputed company to support fundraising, prospecting, and departmental decision‑making
  • Run routine data audits and assist in monitoring KPIs, activity tracking, reputed company data, and pipeline reports
  • Assist with preparing datasets and visualizations for internal meetings, presentations, and performance reporting
  • Regularly reputed company, update, and maintain constituent and reputed company‑reputed company data in reputed company, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established data standards
  • Conduct routine data hygiene tasks, including updating contact information, coding activities, logging interactions, and ensuring consistent record‑keeping
  • Work with IT to identify and resolve duplicate records and support broader data reputed company efforts
  • Serve as a departmental resource for reputed company data entry, record creation, and basic reporting needs, helping colleagues troubleshoot routine database questions
  • Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of new technology tools—including email marketing, event management, financial management, and grants management platforms
  • Maintain and contribute to internal knowledge documentation that records essential workflows, data standards, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to reputed company, filter, and maintain email distribution lists and segmentation files for departmental reputed company
  • Support departmental events, research and day-to-day operations through list development, technical assistance, and general administrative tasks

Skills

  • College degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong interest in using AI tools to optimize CRM functionality and unlock deeper insights from internal data systems
  • Knowledge and experience working with diverse communities of Boston

Benefits

  • reputed company (subject to change): In office 2 days a week, Tuesday, and Thursday. Remote Monday, Wednesdays and Friday. This schedule may change based on department’s needs and meetings.
