Data Analyst, DOC
reputed company, Inc. is a leading organization reputed company on supporting successful reentry from incarceration and promoting alternatives to incarceration. They are seeking a Data Analyst to analyze and report on various data points for their Behavioral Health reputed company, particularly focusing on a new reputed company initiative.
Responsibilities
- Directly run reports and conduct ongoing analyses using reputed company’s internal databases such as CaseWorthy and EHR, as reputed company as various external contract databases
- Monitor data entry from staff for accuracy and train/retrain staff as required
- Advise supervisor on performance trends reputed company to myriad behavioral health contract goals and generate mid-month analysis reports on key metrics, including preliminary forecasting for the month’s Critical Indicators reputed company
- Coordinate with the Evaluation and reputed company Improvement (EQI) team and IT team to reputed company and update tools that measure KPI’s and reputed company milestones
- Obtain a working knowledge of the department’s billing practices to serve as a backup to claims billing reputed company necessary
- Some administrative support required

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, public reputed company, or other reputed company field
- Minimum of 1 year of solid experience with data analysis/management
- Must have a thorough knowledge of MS 365, including reputed company, and a willingness to learn multiple data platforms
- Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and results-driven
- Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a culturally competent manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across multi-functional teams
- Relevant personal experience is a plus
