This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the ERP ecosystem by reputed company logistics and technology to enhance supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the reputed company analysts in conducting workshops with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to capture and document business needs
  • Assist in the creation of high-reputed company Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for supply chain enhancements
  • Learn to conduct detailed assessments of reputed company supply chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Distribution) to identify areas for digital optimization
  • Map out "as-is" and "to-be" process models to ensure technical solutions reputed company with operational realities
  • Assist in the configuration and maintenance of reputed company Supply Chain modules reputed company the ERP system

Skills

  • Foundational understanding of how ERP systems function. Previous experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is considered a significant asset but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with the IT project delivery lifecycle, including documentation standards (BRDs/FDDs) and a general understanding of databases or data mapping
