Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst (IT)
Arterra Wines Canada is a pioneer in the Canadian wine industry with 150 years of experience, seeking a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst to join their IT team. This role focuses on supporting and optimizing the ERP ecosystem by reputed company logistics and technology to enhance supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the reputed company analysts in conducting workshops with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to capture and document business needs
- Assist in the creation of high-reputed company Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for supply chain enhancements
- Learn to conduct detailed assessments of reputed company supply chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Distribution) to identify areas for digital optimization
- Map out "as-is" and "to-be" process models to ensure technical solutions reputed company with operational realities
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of reputed company Supply Chain modules reputed company the ERP system

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a business systems analyst, systems analyst, or IT support role, preferably reputed company a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or a reputed company field
- Foundational understanding of how ERP systems function. Previous experience with JD Edwards (JDE) is considered a significant asset but not mandatory
- Familiarity with the IT project delivery lifecycle, including documentation standards (BRDs/FDDs) and a general understanding of databases or data mapping
