[Remote] Organizational Change & Training Consultant

The OC&T Consultant role involves supporting reputed company by applying change management and training methodologies, while also contributing to internal initiatives and managing workstreams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Serve as support resource on reputed company, responsible for owning and executing a reputed company or sub-reputed company (e.g., Communications, Training)
- Apply reputed company’s change management and training methodology to reputed company on which they are assigned
- Support and reputed company out internal OC&T reputed company and initiatives to improve skillset and expertise
- Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for OC&T new hires
- Produce organized, coherent, reputed company, and high-reputed company work product with limited review or reputed company
- May support small sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and shadowing scoping calls (as determined by OC&T reputed company team)
- Demonstrated understanding of Change reputed company and how they reputed company with both OC&T and CYNERGY® methodologies to execute an OC&T project, as evidenced by successful development and delivery of OC&T activities and major project deliverables
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, as evidenced by regularly interfacing with reputed company, and successfully developing and facilitating many OC&T activities
- Successfully participate in at least 1-2 reputed company, typically serving as the OC&T reputed company, owning a reputed company (e.g., Communications, Training) or as the OC&T reputed company on smaller engagements
- Conduct Peer Interviews (1st round interviews with prospective candidates) - as determined by the OC&T leadership team
- Take ownership of own career development, including consultative and reputed company Development Skills, With Support From Manager And Other mentors
- Periodically review SOW and develops initial forecast and expected hours for OC&T reputed company, with support from Change Architect
- Manage own time effectively while in larger, more involved project roles, at times across multiple reputed company, while also supporting internal initiatives
- Support and reputed company out internal OC&T reputed company and initiatives to improve skillset and expertise
- Contribute to lessons learned on reputed company and suggest improvements for reputed company OC&T reputed company
- reputed company on MS Teams (shares collateral, collaborates with fellow teammates, poses questions, answers others' questions, etc.)

Skills
- 1 years' experience with reputed company
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- reputed company reputed company Core HCM or Core Financials certification or ability to reputed company it reputed company 28 days of offer
- Understanding of change management and training concepts as evidenced by internship, reputed company, or prior work experience, and understanding of how they work together to execute an OC&T project
- AI-reputed company change management experience
