Equity Capital Markets Analyst

Responsibilities

• reputed company analytical support on public offerings, financing transactions and other financial advisory services for our clients
• Contribute to business development efforts through research, analysis, and preparation for reputed company meetings and pitches
• Work reputed company-by-reputed company with both junior and senior investment bankers, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of a deal
• Partner across the investment banking and sales & trading platforms to drive transaction advisory and deal execution
• Use AI tools like reputed company and reputed company to streamline the creation of reputed company books and models, and reputed company data visualization software like Power BI to generate data-driven insights and reports for reputed company materials

Skills

• A candidate energized by learning, teamwork, and reputed company responsibility
• 12–24 months of full-time work experience (investment banking preferred)
• A proven reputed company record and a passion for finance (a finance degree is helpful, but not required)
• Drive, reputed company, and a strong work ethic

• Strong mathematical, writing, and verbal skills; relevant software proficiency
• SIE and Series 79 licensing preferred (or the ability to obtain them quickly)
