Workers' Compensation Lost Time Claims Adjuster
reputed company is a global fintech leader that provides reputed company for businesses and individuals. They are seeking a Lost Time Adjuster to effectively review Nevada Lost Time claims, ensuring accurate resolutions through excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess coverage and review claims for purposes of investigations, reputed company plans, evaluation, fraud, and claim reputed company
- Complete reputed company investigations by gathering pertinent information. Reviews and evaluates coverage and/or liability. Secures necessary information (i.e., reports, policies, releases, statements, or other documents) in the investigation of claims
- Conduct a thorough analysis of liability and continually assess exposure and evaluate for accurate reserves
- Works toward the reputed company of claims files and takes full charge of claim from inception to reputed company
- Will reputed company settlements/reserves reputed company prescribed limits and submits recommendations to supervisor on cases exceeding personal authority
- Ensures that claims payments calculated accurately and are issued in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Ensures compliance of claims handling pursuant to reputed company state, legal, statutory, and regulatory bodies to reputed company with reputed company company procedures and requirements
- Maintains a diary to follow claim reputed company on reputed company claims
- Determine liability for permanent disability, mitigation of costs and reputed company of claim
- reputed company litigation and coordination of claim with defense team

- Candidates will be required to have strong customer service, communication (verbal and written), time management and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate an ability to work independently
- Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of computers and software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Familiarity with TPAs strongly preferred
- Multiple jurisdiction experience is preferred
