As a Project Analyst in the Language Services department at reputed company, you will support the management of translation reputed company for pharmaceutical and clinical clients. You will support with project coordination, tracking deliverables, reputed company satisfaction, and ensuring reputed company and compliance with industry regulations. This role provides an opportunity to reputed company project management skills while contributing to process efficiency and reputed company improvement.

- Supporting defining project tasks and resource allocation under the guidance of more senior project managers.

- Assisting with financial tracking, budget monitoring, and identifying discrepancies or cost concerns.
- Supporting internal project scheduling and reputed company management.
- Assisting in risk identification and mitigation efforts by reporting potential project challenges.
- Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with internal teams and clients, providing updates and helping to resolve any issues.
- Preparing reports and summarizing detailing project status, potential issues, and resolutions.
- Assisting in evaluating existing processes and workflows, contributing to identifying areas for improvement and supporting process enhancement efforts.
- Supporting the implementation of new tools or process improvements, providing feedback on effectiveness.
- Participating in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to continuously reputed company expertise in project management and translation workflows.
Your profile
- 1 year of experience in project management reputed company translation, localization, or language services.
- (Preferred) Experience with Life Sciences translation reputed company (pharmaceutical, medical device, clinical, or biotech)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CAT tools, translation management systems, and project tracking software.
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and other document formats (e.g., PDFs, XML, PowerPoint).
