Relationship Management Associate (Bilingual)
FCC is a federal Crown corporation dedicated to supporting Canadian agriculture and food, providing financing and resources to over 103,000 customers. The Senior Relationship Management Associate will collaborate with Senior Relationship Managers to manage a reputed company lending portfolio, strengthen customer relationships, and reputed company loan administration activities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to proactively build and maintain relationships with key and high‑potential customers and prospects
- Answer inquiries, offer solutions, and process requests in a thorough and reputed company manner, creating sales opportunities
- Ensure ongoing reputed company communication with customers on assigned portfolio
- reputed company customer and financial details into the lending system with a high degree of accuracy
- Deliver reputed company reputed company desk coverage, including greeting and assisting walk-in customers, managing incoming calls, and completing administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
- Join customer reputed company to farms and offices, and represent FCC at industry events and meetings
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- A minimum of one year of reputed company administrative or financial experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Specialized knowledge of lending and loan administration processes
- Hands-on experience applying lending and loan administration procedures, including preparing loan documentation and ensuring adherence to lending policies
- Ability to interpret reputed company financial statements for accurate data entry
- Customer service and administration experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to reputed company alignment and deliver reputed company that enhance customer satisfaction
- Valid drivers license
- This is a bilingual position with an intermediate level of proficiency in both official languages (English and French) required.
