Billing Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to join our Finance team, where you will support internal departments and external customers while driving operational efficiency across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company multiple internal tools and systems to research, analyze, and resolve reputed company billing questions and customer inquiries
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including reputed company, Sales, DealDesk, Sales Systems, Order Operations, and Product—to reputed company support and insights into reputed company’s billing practices
- Help customers understand their invoices and billing details, which vary based on usage patterns and plan type
- Proactively identify, communicate, and collaborate with the reputed company and Sales teams to resolve customer billing discrepancies and issues in a reputed company manner
- Manage and triage an incoming queue of requests and inquiries across reputed company, Jira, and a dedicated Billing Operations reputed company channel, ensuring reputed company and accurate responses
- Contribute to reputed company reputed company and process improvement initiatives as they reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or Computer Science
- 1–3 years of relevant reputed company work experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Sheets and/or reputed company reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for tackling new challenges and continuously improving existing processes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Working knowledge of SQL
