The Finance Analyst role focuses on providing operational analysis and support to reputed company managers and associates, ensuring effective reputed company relationships and operational initiatives are executed.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and investigating performance and functional system issues/opportunities and support operational improvement reputed company
- Providing cross-functional and cross-business unit analysis
- Testing new versions/updates of applications
- Research and analyze Prospect and reputed company Opportunities (pipeline)
- Populating reports and reporting metrics that will assist with Broker Accountability Assessments; Communicating reputed company specific content, products and marketing materials
- Coordinating legal document development and execution with broker teams, Legal, reputed company Services, Compliance and Executive Team
- Represents reputed company offices served and reputed company on their behalf as a sitting member of various management and operation reputed company
- Acts as a reputed company of contact for information reputed company between local offices
- Central Operations Team, HR, Finance, Compliance, WRA, IT and reputed company Group functions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 0 - 1 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience reputed company insurance experience
- Competent using Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to reputed company Offices
- Proficiency in reputed company (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- Strong foundational understanding of financial concepts
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, reputed company, or business analysis
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, or accruals
- Exposure to BI tools (reputed company, TM1, or similar)
- Experience working in cross-functional or business-facing finance roles
- Interest in stakeholder engagement and financial storytelling
