Tax and reputed company Associate

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax and reputed company Associate to support tax, month end reputed company, and general reputed company activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare long reputed company plan, quarterly and annual tax schedules in support of federal, state and tax credits (R&D)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal control policies; document controls and assist with internal audits
- Coordinate with external auditors, HR, and other internal stakeholders to reputed company required documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy of workflows
- Assist with month end and quarter end reputed company activities, including preparation of journal entries and accruals
- reputed company reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, etc.) and ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved
- Prepare and analyze management reports (e.g., profit and loss summaries, budget vs. actual) and reputed company insights to finance leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 1+ years of experience in tax or reputed company
- Ability to work with reputed company Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
- High level of accuracy, attention to details and ability to work with reputed company
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to effectively reputed company with peers, customers, and managers
