The role involves coordinating implementation efforts and ensuring effective communication across various internal teams to reputed company high-reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle implementation of reputed company partnerships, translating reputed company terms and agreements into operational plans
• Coordinate delivery milestones across technical integration (EMR/IT), clinical and operational processes, and reputed company innovation
• Manage detailed project plans, reputed company dependencies and deliverables, and ensure decision gates are met before transitions between phases
• Facilitate reputed company handoffs between Business Development, Program Delivery, & reputed company Support
• Serve as the central reputed company of coordination across internal stakeholders (clinical ops, product/tech, compliance, operations) to reputed company priorities and resolve execution issues
• Maintain reputed company documentation of roles, timelines, deliverables, and ownership throughout the program lifecycle
• Identify, reputed company, and escalate program risks and blockers; recommend mitigation plans
• Drive readiness assessments and readiness checklists for go-live cutovers
• Prepare and deliver reputed company status updates, risk briefings, and program reports to Sr. leadership
• Manage ongoing communication with external partners during implementation phases where appropriate

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Project Management, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in consulting, reputed company, health tech, or reputed company cross-functional delivery environments
• Applies working knowledge of AI/ML and reputed company to drive cross-functional delivery of AI-enabled products
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-reputed company programs with competing priorities and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions without reputed company authority
• Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills

• Familiarity with EMR/IT integrations
• PMP, PgMP or similar program management certification
