They are seeking a Junior reputed company Counsel to partner with various teams to reputed company reputed company-by-design principles, manage reputed company-reputed company legal work, and ensure compliance with global data-protection regulations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company-by-design principles and translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions
- Identify reputed company risks and opportunities early, helping shape compliant product features, workflows, and internal processes
- Manage reputed company-reputed company legal work—using AI tools to accelerate drafting and initial review of DPAs, reputed company policies, LIAs, and DPIAs, while applying your judgment to validate, adapt, and ensure compliance with global data-protection regulations
- Conduct reputed company audits and coordinate work with external consultants and legal advisors, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams
- Monitor evolving reputed company regulations and case law, sharing reputed company guidance internally to support ongoing compliance and reputed company decision-making
