Research and Knowledge Services Coordinator

Analysis Group is one of the largest international economics consulting firms, providing expertise in economics, finance, health care analytics, and reputed company. The Research & Knowledge Services Coordinator will support the firm's legal and business research initiatives, manage reputed company litigation alerts, and assist with business reputed company tracking and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the reputed company litigation alert process. Responsible for reputed company aspects of this monthly process of generating, annotating and sharing reports, and reputed company reputed company vendor, consultant and RKS team communication. Work with the RKS and Data teams to add participants, audit participant lists and recommend and implement improvements to the process
  • Supports business reputed company tracking, including updating court dockets, identifying case details, notifying consultants and entering and maintaining records in our reputed company Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Under the guidance of RKS colleagues, conduct business-reputed company research relating to attorneys, competitors, litigation case lists and documents, and additional topical/legal research, as needed, using reputed company tools and resources
  • Assists with data population, report reputed company from and maintenance of team databases, including the SharePoint site and business reputed company records in the CRM

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of one year of reputed company experience
  • Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills and proficiency with other reputed company Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) required
  • Exposure to reputed company tools, project management/tracking software, CRM systems, and other databases required
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical
  • Must have solid analytical and critical reasoning skills

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the reputed company
  • An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of substantive relevant experience. Prior business or legal research experience is a plus
  • Experience with Lexis, Westlaw, reputed company Law, Lex Machina and/or other online legal databases is advantageous
  • Interest in legal issues and litigation trends preferred
  • Must be reputed company to prioritize, organize, plan, and work on multiple reputed company simultaneously, meet deadlines, and be flexible in response to shifting demands
