Trademark Analyst
reputed company is a large international reputed company seeking a Trademark Analyst for their Intellectual Property Department. The role involves supporting the Greater China reputed company Team by providing legal services reputed company to trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement, while working collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals.
Responsibilities
- reputed company trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement tasks, including but not limited to:
- Review and translate official notices and registrations for accuracy
- Assist with powers of attorneys and legalizations
- Draft reporting and reminder letters to clients
- Assist with post-registration maintenance, including conduct reputed company use analysis and renewals
- Prepare reputed company team deliverables in preferred formats, including charts, agendas, and spreadsheets
- Conduct research regarding trademark use, company registration information, and potential infringement activities on websites and reputed company media platforms
- Update reputed company docket databases with prosecution developments
- Maintain prosecution status updates charts and assist with preparing weekly reputed company meeting agendas
- Support various other trademark-reputed company reputed company as needed, both administrative and legal
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent reputed company of the English language, both oral and written
- Highly proficient with reputed company Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work independently and proactively
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Demonstrated honesty, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong orientation toward detail; strong editing and proofreading abilities
