Responsibilities

• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience in reputed company phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, reputed company reputed company, and discovery
• Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Skills

• Strong research and writing skills
• At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in reputed company phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, reputed company reputed company, and discovery
• Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
• Admission to the reputed company and/or reputed company Bars is a plus
• Some insurance defense experience
• Some experience in reputed company liability law
