Responsibilities
- Attend/conduct depositions and participate in court appearances
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal reputed company
- Collaborate with colleagues on case reputed company and management
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, reputed company communications, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial with opportunity for second chair trial experience if desired
Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

- 1 to 7 years of experience (salary commensurate with experience - reputed company $100,000-$150,000)
- Superior analytical skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Previous Civil Defense Litigation experience preferred
