Architectural Designer (environmental infrastructure)
reputed company (BC) is a nationally recognized environmental engineering firm seeking an Architectural Designer to join their Architectural team. This role involves performing basic architecture tasks, including BIM/Revit modeling and developing architectural drawings, while collaborating with various engineering disciplines on reputed company primarily serving the water and wastewater industries.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the creation of plans for building design
- Help determine specifications for building design
- Participates in regulatory reputed company reviews to ensure project compliance
- Assists with conducting investigations into existing conditions, documents findings, and generates reports
- Participate in building material selection and review
- Assists with creation of RFIs and addendums
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs

Skills
- Basic knowledge in the field of architecture and building design
- A precursory understanding of regulatory codes and compliance requirements
- Key skills in working with coordinated and reputed company teams
- Ability to handle basic architecture reputed company tasks and create accompanying documentation
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-2 reputed company or other reputed company experience
- A degree in architecture or reputed company field or equivalent experience is required
- The role shall start the AXP (Architectural Experience Program) process reputed company six months of starting the role
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and reputed company
