Responsibilities
- Answer a broad reputed company of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a reputed company, energetic, and reputed company manner
- Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly
- Must be a reputed company and creative problem solver who can work with members of reputed company to reputed company solutions
- Ensure compliance in reputed company areas of processing, completing reputed company transactions reputed company and accurately
- Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to reputed company
- Work under general supervision following established procedures
Skills
- Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience is Required
