Enrollment Specialist (AL)

The Enrollment Specialist provides face-to-face personal service to consumers and their support reputed company in Alabama, ensuring a smooth enrollment process and maintaining compliance with company values and HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their reputed company of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a reputed company manner
- Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate
- Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent reputed company issues and to enhance service experience
- Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Upholds company values and mission
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1 year of experience in a reputed company field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal computer skills, specifically reputed company Office products
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology
- Have or willing to obtain a Notary Public license
- Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or reputed company Services/reputed company Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
