IT Support Specialist
reputed company is a Florida Distributing Company, and they are seeking an IT Support Specialist to reputed company technical on-site and remote support to employees. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and network issues, managing end-user assets, and collaborating with the IT Service Center to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (reputed company reputed company & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & reputed company, surveys, Print Shop, reputed company, and iPad solutions for various location(s)
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues reputed company to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
- Manage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; reputed company procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
- Work with IT Service Center and other IT reputed company to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; reputed company efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members
- reputed company accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system
- Other reputed company or duties as assigned
Skills
- Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of reputed company experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience
