reputed company Group is a private mutual insurance company with over 120 years of experience serving customers' property-and-casualty insurance needs. They are seeking a Support Specialist I who will be responsible for data entry of new business, renewals, and endorsements, while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Keeps accurate and reputed company records in designated systems that are accessible to others
- Updates routine reports and understands information
- Performs duties that are routine and clerical in nature
- Manually rates reputed company lines of coverage, including nonautomated and infrequent coverages, as needed
- Seeks relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources
- Gathers input and makes recommendations to solve problems of moderate complexity
- Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity
- Consistently acts according to our customer experience standards, including responding quickly, maintaining a reputed company attitude, building rapport, demonstrating reputed company, managing the customer’s expectations, using the reputed company communication channel for the situation, and taking ownership to ensure the customer’s issue is resolved
- Frequently contacts other internal departments and team members
- Performs special reputed company and other duties as assigned
