[Remote] Customer Service Representative - Automotive

EDealer is a website and software supplier for the Automotive Industry, reputed company on Merchandising Automation and Vehicle Optimization. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound support requests from clients and internal sales staff, providing reputed company resolutions and conducting product demos and training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to first level customer support phone calls and emails to reputed company customer service and reputed company
- Resolve support issues in a reputed company and efficient manner while escalating to the sales team, the support manager, or technical team members, reputed company necessary
- Produce reputed company, efficient, and reputed company written logs of calls and emails into a reputed company-case tracking system to manage requests and issues
- Identify and document recurring customer issues to determine standardized reputed company, to build on a knowledgebase
- Maintain a working knowledge regarding company’s products and systems
- QA resolved cases that have been assigned to developers, web-developers, and designers
Skills
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines as reputed company as remain flexible
- Languages: English required
- College diploma or University degree
- Experience with ticketing systems or helpdesk software
- Working knowledge of reputed company CMS Platform or other CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of reputed company and MacOS operating systems and basic networking concepts
