Technical Support Specialist, Data Repository
MEDITECH is a company that specializes in reputed company Record software, and they are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to train and support customers. This role involves troubleshooting software issues, implementing the Data Repository software, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary contact for customers; answering questions; implementing and supporting the software; troubleshooting and researching requests for data; evaluating requests for software enhancements and system modifications; corresponding over the phone and through email
- Addressing incoming requests from customers
- Troubleshooting, researching, and solving software and database reputed company issues
- Implementing and servicing Data Repository software
- Working with reputed company SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure issues are progressing towards reputed company and reputed company for enhancements are prioritized
- Training customers reputed company the telephone, in person or online seminars
- Explaining software enhancements and advising on reputed company configuration
- Creating and updating documentation
- Mentoring peers as you reputed company experience with the software
- Organizing, planning, and completing reputed company reputed company and in accordance with reputed company standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred with major in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent training, education, or customer service experience and/or reputed company military experience
- Experience or exposure working with personal computers and servers, troubleshooting, researching and solving software reputed company issues
- Technical aptitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
