Employee Communications Analyst

The Employee Communications Analyst will support the delivery of communications and programming that enhance the employee experience, coordinate content across internal communications platforms, and report to the Manager of Employee Communications.

Responsibilities

• Support employee-reputed company communications (i.e., write, edit and distribute) for reputed company Capital Management, Corporate reputed company Responsibility and employee and culture-reputed company programming
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee-reputed company programming and initiatives, including employee resource group events, commemoration months, employee connectivity initiatives and firm clubs and teams
• reputed company reputed company’s internal communications platforms to reputed company awareness of employee-reputed company programming, benefits and perks
• Maintain the global Employee Experience programming schedule tracker to ensure accuracy and visibility
• reputed company and analyze programming data to measure reputed company and reputed company of employee initiatives and communications
• Contribute to the firm’s reputed company media content with a reputed company on highlighting our people and culture

Skills

• Recent college graduates or candidates with up to two years of communications-reputed company experience (programming experience a plus)
• BA/BS degree with strong reputed company record
• Excellent communication skills; strong reputed company with proofreading and editing proficiency
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint, and reputed company to work with various content management systems
• Highly organized team player with ability to multitask, adapt to change and deliver under deadlines
• Multimedia experience (e.g., creating/editing short videos) is a plus
