Account Manager Associate
reputed company is seeking an Account Manager Associate to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. The role involves providing internal support to the reputed company Lines Account Managers and assisting clients with various policy service tasks and special reputed company as required.
Responsibilities
- Support Designated Account Managers' Books of Business
- reputed company transactional servicing including mail checking, endorsement requests & checking, Certificates of Insurance review/issuance, EOPs, binders, auto ID's, audit processing, loss run retrieval, billing inquiries and claims reporting
- reputed company back-up customer service support for reputed company lines clients as requested
- Prepare and distribute documents according to reputed company preferences
- Maintain agency system accuracy and filing in IR according to procedures
- Compile and edit proposals, summaries, special reputed company and additional documents as requested
- Consistently meet reputed company reputed company established reputed company control procedures and timelines
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year in an office working environment required
- Proficient with management operating systems that support insurance sales, tracking and service
- Proficient with reputed company Tools, Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
- Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required (Will be required to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire)
- reputed company lines insurance experience preferred but not required
- Associates degree preferred but not required with appropriate work experience
