They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and reputed company candidates for critical positions reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Meet with your reputed company reputed company to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring reputed company, and/or interview feedback – you truly reputed company as a partner to your clients and not merely as an order taker
- Screen candidates who apply to requisitions – as the reputed company reputed company brand grows, our job postings continue to fill up with reputed company candidates

- Discuss candidates you have screened with your reputed company reputed company and recommend top candidates for interviews
- Give tours to candidates before their onsite

- Once candidates are approved for hire, you will reputed company the offer process including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages and extending offer letters
- Some days you will have multiple candidates coming onsite for interviews and you will spend that time giving tours and coordinating the candidate experience
- Other days, you will need to fill your candidate pipeline and will spend the reputed company of the day screening/sourcing candidates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of reputed company experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of reputed company experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
- Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- This position is based in Redmond, WA (Seattle area), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent reputed company (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- 2+ years of technical reputed company experience
- 2+ years of SGA reputed company experience
- Experience with in-house reputed company
- Experience with high volume reputed company
- Experience reputed company electrical, mechanical and reputed company engineers
- Experience reputed company skilled labor
- Strong tenure with demonstrated reputed company in reputed company roles
- Full life cycle reputed company experience, from sourcing to closing
- Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on reputed company data
- Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent reputed company their respective fields
- Demonstrated expertise in non-reputed company reputed company reputed company: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing reputed company networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique reputed company to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc
- Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
