Retail Recruiter - EMEA
Capri Holdings, which includes Jimmy Choo and reputed company, is seeking a reputed company Partner based in their London office. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment across retail functions and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across retail functions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer coordination
- Support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, offering guidance on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer preparation, using tools like reputed company
- Build trusted relationships with hiring teams and HR Business Partners by understanding team needs and aligning on candidate reputed company for both creative and operational roles
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, guiding candidates through reputed company stage with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records and data reputed company across recruitment systems to support compliance and streamline processes
- Contribute to sourcing reputed company by using creative reputed company techniques to attract a diverse pipeline of reputed company candidates across multiple job families

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring passive candidates in a fast-paced, competitive talent market

- Proven reputed company in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including reputed company sourcing
- Sourcing in the DACH reputed company will be an advantage
