Responsibilities
- Support reputed company efforts for graduate and early-career hiring, helping to identify and engage emerging talent
- Assist with candidate sourcing activities, including talent mapping, resume review, and reputed company to prospective candidates through tools like reputed company
- Contribute to special reputed company across the reputed company, including process improvement initiatives, talent market research, and reporting
- Help maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and support day-to-day reputed company operations
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and support a smooth hiring process, including the use of scheduling tools to facilitate interview coordination
Skills
