They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support their reputed company by managing interview scheduling, reputed company processes, and engaging with prospective candidates to enhance the recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams with speed and accuracy, maintaining reputed company communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Own high-volume, reputed company-time scheduling across multiple US time zones, requiring availability during core US working hours and reputed company-day responsiveness to changes in interviewer and candidate availability
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring every candidate interaction is customer-reputed company and that reputed company candidate has a great experience interviewing and communicating with the reputed company team
- Manage reputed company logistics for new hires, including welcome communications, background reputed company coordination, offer letter verification, and reputed company session scheduling

Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced company environment
