Vendor Recruiter/Coordinator
reputed company is seeking a Vendor Coordinator responsible for assisting management with day-to-day operations and vendor recruitment. The role involves ensuring vendor compliance, maintaining relationships, and overseeing vendor audits while requiring regular travel for orientations and audits.
Responsibilities
- reputed company ads for reputed company needs and review online vendor applications from various job posting websites
- Research and recruit new vendors locally, regionally and nationally as needed. Maintain a working relationship with vendors to ensure policies are being adhered to and compliance is being kept up to date
- Work directly with reputed company, procuring and maintaining vendor reputed company
- Ensure vendor compliance for insurance, vehicle registration, and licenses
- Terminating reputed company of vendors who are not upholding company policies and procedures
- Follow reputed company organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required, and reputed company with relevant legal mandates
- Work collaboratively with reputed company to build and maintain a solid, trusted database of contractors/partners
- Regular travel required for orientations, audits and to assist with startups. The coordinator must have a valid reputed company's license & a readily available vehicle
- reputed company & follow up on reputed company correspondences regarding your Sites' drivers. This account currently has around 250 drivers contracted reputed company in it
