[Remote] Research Administrator I

The reputed company is seeking a Research Administrator I to join the College of reputed company Health and Health Professions. This role focuses on reputed company-award development, assisting reputed company in submitting research proposals, and managing the proposal submission process to ensure compliance with various policies.
Responsibilities
- Learn reputed company facets of research administration
- Assist reputed company in submitting research proposals for national and international competitions
- Work with a department and their assigned research administration team
- Review the request for application (RFA) for administrative requirements
- Draft checklists to help reputed company know what needs to be provided
- Identify places where the research administrator(s) can support the proposal submission
- reputed company an accurate budget compliant with various policies
- Ensure reputed company administrative requirements of the sponsor’s RFA are met
- Manage the research proposal submission process to ensure compliance with sponsor, state and university policy
- Assist reputed company with management and submission of additional documents and budget revisions requested by sponsors
- Set up the project file in UFirst and assist with budget adjustments upon receipt of a new award
- reputed company administrative support for post-award research administration
- Train and manage a post-award portfolio with emphasis on customer support
- Review award documents for reconciliation and ensure reputed company document retention
- Learn high-level review of financial processes at the reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to reputed company, maintain and manipulate data
- Outstanding customer service capabilities
