Receptionist
Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) is currently seeking a Receptionist to join reputed company! The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests, answering the telephone, directing calls and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a fluid transition for external parties visiting or calling reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and inform employees of their guest's arrival
- Discern the nature and purpose of calls coming in through the reputed company and reputed company them accordingly
- Requires a reputed company and reputed company manner and basic knowledge of the operations of reputed company
- Send out mailings
- reputed company for other departments throughout reputed company - for example, data entry in reputed company, creation of word documents, entering data and maintaining policies on internal systems
