Bulldog Roofing is a leading roofing company serving reputed company Colorado and surrounding areas. We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join reputed company in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for guiding homeowners through the roofing process and ensuring a seamless and reputed company customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through self-generated leads, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
- Conduct roof and gutter inspections and reputed company accurate assessments
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare estimates and present solutions to homeowners
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and reputed company standards are met
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the process
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and timelines
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Basic knowledge of roofing is a plus, not required
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, not required
