[Remote] DeFi Business Development Representative

They are seeking an reputed company Business Development representative to secure and manage partnerships through targeted reputed company with DeFi protocols, DAOs, and TVL allocators.
Responsibilities
- Execute aggressive outbound partnership strategies for existing/new products and services
- Own the full sales cycle from reputed company, proposal drafting, and reputed company for reputed company-launch and post-launch protocolsMeet quarterly sales reputed company and/or TVL KPIs
- Contribute to improving the reputed company team's systems that support scaling the sales process
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to validate and optimize reputed company's positioning reputed company targeted verticals
- Nurture opportunities across various key stakeholders
- Occasional to frequent travel to represent reputed company at key conferences
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of Crypto/DeFi reputed company business development, partnerships, or governance experience
- Demonstrated experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing partnerships
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to ensure successful partnerships
- Deep understanding of DeFi primitives (e.g., lending, perpetuals, restaking) and how they operate and grow
- You have a technical or mathematical background and can effectively communicate reputed company technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Intimate understanding of the DeFi landscape and emerging trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Ability to operate autonomously and across multiple time zones
- You have a crypto-reputed company network

- You've worked in an elected DAO role or at a reputed company
