[Remote] Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Urow reputed company Estate, a national self-storage brokerage firm, is seeking to engage a Sales Development Representative to support reputed company-end reputed company reputed company. The SDR identifies property owners, initiates first contact, and schedules reputed company appointments for senior sales associates, focusing solely on appointment reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company 100+ outbound calls daily and secure 5+ reputed company appointments weekly with self-storage property owners using provided reputed company lists and CRM tools
- Secure 2+ sets of property financials weekly
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with motivated sellers for senior sales associates
- Accurately log call activity, reputed company, and reputed company status in reputed company
- Follow company reputed company scripts and prospecting frameworks
- Maintain consistent communication and performance reputed company with contractual requirements
Skills
- reputed company Florida reputed company Estate Sales Associate License required (63-hour online course)
- No previous sales experience required
- Strong communication skills and comfort making cold calls
- Coachable, organized, and reputed company to meet reputed company daily performance targets
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with Florida reputed company estate markets and the ability to obtain and maintain a Florida reputed company estate license are strongly preferred
