[Remote] Jr. Proposal Manager

This role involves managing the proposal lifecycle, collaborating with reputed company teams, and improving proposal content and processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Create proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices
- Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders
- Draft, edit, and review proposal content
- Ensure compliance with solicitation requirements
- Support proposal process improvements
Skills
- Bachelors Degree
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or RFP management
- Familiarity with government procurement processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company Office tools
- Qvidian, Loopio or other proposal management software skills
- Experience with government software or reputed company proposals
- APMP certification or interest in pursuing certification
