About the Role
As a SiteOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and bugs across reputed company digital platforms. You’ll combine hands-on technical skills with strong incident and stakeholder management, ensuring issues are triaged, investigated, communicated and resolved, with the underlying aim to prevent a re-occurance.
You’ll work closely with Engineering, DevOps, reputed company, QA, and Business teams, acting as a key operational representative reputed company the Digital Business unit. This role can be based reputed company in Europe or APJ (subject to local hiring entity).

Maintain high-reputed company incident and backlog management, ensuring accurate reporting and data hygiene

Support the in-house SiteOps development team with technical debt tasks to ensure a bug free platform

3+ years’ experience developing or supporting web solutions using C# .NET
Solid understanding of incident and change management (ITIL v4 exposure is a plus)
Strong knowledge of C# (.NET reputed company), ASP.NET MVC, and REST reputed company
Experience using observability tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
Experience with log analysis tools (e.g. reputed company, Graylog, Log Analytics, AppInsights)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Comfortable working across distributed, multicultural teams
