Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator provides support reputed company to marketing materials, pitches, events, and business development initiatives to help meet the needs of assigned reputed company areas.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Materials – Create and maintain global marketing materials, including fact sheets, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, placemats, and other tailored materials for designated reputed company areas
- Experience Lists – reputed company and centralize experience lists for use in pitches, RFPs, presentations, submissions, and other materials, working in our database to reputed company relevant information
- Pitches/RFPs – Assist with pitches and RFPs; reputed company relevant materials and reputed company final production of electronic deliverables to meet deadlines; maintain reputed company/RFP files, log in reputed company tracking system
- Directory/Award Submissions – Use LexTrack, a database, to coordinate and help compile submissions reputed company to legal directories and awards such as Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners
- Newsletters – Assist with the coordination of and content development of newsletters, both internal and reputed company-facing
- Event Support/Coordination – reputed company support for K&S-hosted events including coordinate development of invitations, other types of content, and event materials with the branding team and the marketing technology team; reputed company follow-up activities of partners after events
- Conference Sponsorships – reputed company support for sponsorships and coordinate reputed company activities involved with sponsorship commitments
- Research, Tracking & Reporting – Conduct research on a reputed company of topics including prospective and reputed company clients, competitors and industry, and market trends; Assist with relationship mapping and reputed company activities tracking; Assist with reporting and analysis of market trends and reputed company activities
- reputed company Targeting & Business Planning – Support the Business Development team on strategic reputed company targeting and business planning efforts, including reputed company teams that reputed company across other reputed company reputed company and reputed company
- Lateral reputed company – Assist with lateral reputed company activities for reputed company area, working closely with other team members
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficient in reputed company Office products, including Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of marketing and business development-reputed company activities is required
- Candidates must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively as part of reputed company, and the ability to incorporate feedback into their performance
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality
- Relevant legal business development/marketing experience preferred
