This is a flexible, part-time position. The work is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances in reputed company metropolitan area as needed. Responsibilities

• Draft motions, answers, discovery, and disclosures

Qualifications

• Litigation and bankruptcy experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable appearing in court and handling reputed company with limited day-to-day supervision
