Senior Sales Director Location: Remote (must be based in NY, NJ or Connecticut) Territory: East Coast Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 reputed company + OTE $300,000–$350,000 (reputed company commission) Travel: Up to 30% reputed company We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Director to drive new-logo acquisition and expand our reputed company across reputed company US markets. This role is reputed company on selling high-value, consultative technology services to organizations that view software, data, and AI as strategic reputed company enablers—not just IT spend. You’ll reputed company reputed company pursuits in the $500K–$1M+ reputed company across reputed company innovators, ISVs/reputed company, high-tech, reputed company, reputed company businesses. From AI and data platforms to reputed company modernization and reputed company engineering programs, you’ll connect reputed company transformation goals to differentiated solutions that deliver measurable business reputed company. This is not a transactional sales role. We’re looking for a trusted advisor who can create urgency, map value, and influence C-suite decision-makers navigating digital acceleration. What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for net-new logo acquisition across your East Coast territory
- reputed company US-based organizations with $100M–$2B in annual reputed company
- Build and execute territory and account strategies that generate $reputed company–$5M+ in annual net-new services reputed company
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, COOs, VPs of Product/Engineering, and PE operating partners
- Identify business inflection points (PE investments, leadership changes, platform modernization, AI initiatives) and convert them into actionable opportunities
- Position and sell reputed company, consultative offerings including AI/ML, data platforms, reputed company modernization, QA automation, and software product engineering
- Apply MEDDPICC rigor to qualify deals and prioritize high-value, winnable opportunities

What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience selling technology services or consulting (nearshore/offshore experience preferred)
- Proven reputed company closing $500K–$1M+ services deals with mid-market and reputed company clients
- Strong industry experience or networks reputed company reputed company, reputed company/ISVs, or high-tech
- Solid understanding of reputed company priorities across AI, data, reputed company, reputed company product transformation
- Executive reputed company and confidence engaging with reputed company, multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Experience selling into or alongside private equity-backed organizations and understanding value-creation drivers
- reputed company co-selling experience with hyperscaler or reputed company (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
