Key Responsibilities
- Analyst provides day-to-day application support for the reputed company PB module, with a primary reputed company on incident and service request ticket work, system maintenance, and incremental optimization
- This role supports reputed company cycle operations by troubleshooting break/fix issues, maintaining existing build, and partnering with operational teams to ensure reputed company and efficient billing workflows
- This is a non-implementation; non-project heavy role intended for an analyst who is comfortable working in a ticket driven support environment
- Ability to support during weekend and after hours (Based on the need)
